Alix Burgher
Coach
As a professionally (PCC) and academically (PG Cert) accredited coach, my transformative and inclusive practice supports community members with intersectional identities and neurodivergent, sensitive professionals and leaders to navigate change — whether personal, professional or relational — towards radical, sustainable and genuine growth, one conversation at a time.
I partner with leaders and teams – from all backgrounds – to drive transformative change across impactful organisations, including the British Red Cross, Liberté, Q5 Partners, Genius Within, LHH, SNP, Staff College, and ICF-Foundation. My client portfolio extends to global humanitarian organisations, top-tier civil servants, consulting firms, Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions, and social enterprises, including UN Women UK, BBC, NHS...
Born and raised in a dual heritage, French and Tunisian, having lived in the Middle East and now in the UK, I've been shaped by rich cultures, learned early on the importance of observing and listening, which has deeply influenced my sensitivity and understanding of cultural nuances and dynamics. This intercultural background, combined with supervision and advanced learning, offers a distinctive blend of professional expertise and cultural intelligence.
As a UN Women UK Delegate to CSW69, Intersectionality & Neurodiversity Advocate, and Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), I am particularly passionate about supporting clients in transforming knowledge into wisdom and facilitating impactful change through a combination of sensitivity, curiosity, and strategic expertise.
